Maze
Wind your way down the maze's hidden paths and dead ends to reach the central Gothic Tower, but not all is as it seems...dummy doors and secret staircases keep you guessing!
Helpful guidance might be on hand from your fellow visitors at the top of the tower, but beware: they might be sending you the wrong way!
Play Area
Situated next to the Maze and Sunken Garden, the castle-themed play area features a slide, scramble nets, tunnels and turrets. Look out for hidden cubbies and the ancient yew tree carved with woodland creatures and owls. Lined with magnolia trees and benches, the space offers a restful spot for parents to pause whilst little ones explore.
Waterfall & Sunken Garden
Welcome to the Sunken Garden. Built on the site of a Victorian fernery the Sunken Garden is one of the most atmospheric and playful parts of the garden with stepping stones, lush green planting, waterfall & secret tunnel.
South Garden

Wisteria Arch
Our 160 year old Wisteria Arch is formed by four distinct varieties and offers a naturally staggered display. Discover what the 'wisteria hysteria' is all about.
