No, you don't have to book online in advance but you can save 10% if you do! Visitors can also pay by card on arrival at the Visitor Centre, please note we are a cashless site.

Memberships are non-transferable and are for the named holder only. If you’d like to bring a friend along, they can purchase a day ticket on arrival or book in advance online for a 10% discount.
No, you are welcome to arrive at any time between 10:30am to 5:00pm, with last entry and the café closing at at 4:00pm. Just keep in mind that we recommend at least 2 hours to explore the gardens fully.
