Fresh new identity & exciting Easter launch for popular Herefordshire attraction

Hampton Gardens is gearing up for an exciting 2025 season, opening on 12 April with a fresh new identity and a family-friendly Easter celebration.

Formerly part of Hampton Court Castle & Gardens, the estate has now been reimagined as two distinct destinations: Hampton Gardens, a vibrant garden attraction for day visitors, and Hampton Castle, an exclusive private wedding venue.

The rebrand was brought to life in collaboration with local agency eighteen73, who supported the development of the visual identity and website.

Kicking off the season is the Easter Hullabaloo Trail (12–27 April), inviting families to explore the gardens, solve clues, and uncover hidden gems such as the 1,000 yew tree maze, a waterfall, and a castle-themed play area.

Head Gardener John Wood said:
“Hampton Gardens is a place for everyone to connect with nature – whether you’re a seasoned gardener, looking for a peaceful day out, or seeking fun activities with the family. We’re really looking forward to a renewed lease of life in the gardens and to our Easter Hullabaloo Trail, where we’ll be hunting for clues and discovering what produce those cheeky rabbits have been munching!”

The 2025 calendar includes Live Jousting, a Medieval Reenactment, and a summer programme of activities, including Animal Encounters and Falconry Sundays.

The Orangery Café will be open daily for light lunches, cakes, and refreshments.

Hampton Gardens is open daily from 12 April to 28 September 2025 (10:30am – 5:00pm). Admission is £11 for adults, £7 for children (3–15), and £32 for families (2 adults + 3 children) – save 10% by booking online. Well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome for the first time this season.
